Position: Cook
Reports To: Kitchen Manager
Specific Duties:
Ability to master any station in the kitchen.
Able to create a prep list in order to prepare for following shifts.
Able to describe and prep all items on the menu.
Able to work un-supervised.
Knows and understands company standards for food presentation.
Knows and understands company menu and standard for food and preparation.
Has a cooperative and positive work attitude.
Understands and complies with company policies and procedures.
Must work well and keep lines of communication open with all other employees and managers.
Always arrives on time.
