Cloud/Dev Engineer

Position: Cloud/Dev EngineerThey need a well-rounded technical professional with strong expertise in AWS cloud technologies including S3, DynamoDB, Lambda, CloudFormation, EventBridge, IAM, Glue, and Athena.They should have robust programming skills in Python, JavaScript, and TypeScript, and are adept at designing SQL scripts in Oracle and developing REST APIs. Their experience includes working with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines such as Bamboo, Bitbucket, JIRA, and Git.The candidate has a proven track record of delivering complex development and architecture design solutions, performing system monitoring using tools like Honeycomb, Splunk, and CloudWatch, and triaging and resolving incidents via ServiceNow.They are experienced in promoting code across environments, performing root cause analysis, and recommending enterprise-level solutions. Additionally, they are highly collaborative, serve as a key contact for cross-functional teams, and effectively communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders. Their proactive engagement with business users and stakeholders, including delivering demos and coordinating inter-team efforts, underscores their leadership and communication capabilities.Must haves:* Proficient in AWS technologies (S3, DynamoDB, Lambda, CloudFormation, Event bridge, IAM, Glue, Athena).* Design SQL Scripts using Oracle SQL and create Rest APIs with programming skills on Python, JavaScript and TypeScript.* Work on development with DevOps concepts, tools and continuous delivery pipelines - Bamboo, Bitbucket, JIRA, GIT.* Provides technical expertise and completes complex development, design, implementation, architecture design specification, and maintenance activities.* Performs product health monitoring in test and production environments using Honeycomb/Splunk and CloudWatch Experience.* Work on ServiceNow incidents to triage them and follow up on the issues and perform root cause analysis.* Elevate complex code into the development, test, and production environments.* Resolve highly complex, elevated issues and recommend enterprise-wide improvements and solutions.* Collaborates with and serves as primary point of contact with cross functional team members. Communicates complex issues effectively to various audiences.
