Full Time Maintenance Worker

Property management company seeking full-time on-site maintenance personnel at condominium complex. We are a small, family-owned business with an interesting and flexible work environment. Duties will include, but are not limited to the following: Building maintenance, light janitorial and repair Grounds maintenance, landscaping, and repair Pool maintenance Preventative maintenance Other responsibilities as assigned Qualifications & Requirements: Must be able to lift 50 pounds Must be able to work outdoors Must be willing to work independently Must maintain a professional appearance, manner and approach while on duty Good interpersonal communication skills Self-motivated, dependable, punctual, and a positive attitude Able to plan, organize, and prioritize projects and time Reimbursement available for personal vehicle and tool use English-Speaking Must be able to pass a background check Job Type: Full-time Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
