Travel Occupational Therapist - Inpatient

American Traveler is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist with at least 1 year of recent inpatient experience for a 13-week acute care assignment at a Level III trauma hospital in Bemidji, MN.Job Details• Inpatient acute care setting at a Level III trauma hospital licensed for 118 beds,• Therapy caseload typically averages approximately 30-40 patients,• Patient population includes adults with general deconditioning, total joint replacement, post-op ortho, neurological diagnoses, and general medical-surgical cases,• Monday through Friday day shift, 8-hour shifts; no call or weekend requirements,• Potential to float to outpatient if needed,• Cross-training to SNF for intermittent coverage is preferred but not required,• EPIC EMR used in this position,• 13-week contract,Job Requirements• Active MN Occupational Therapist license required; license required if applicable,• Minimum 1 year of recent inpatient hospital experience within the past 3 years,• Active BLS certification (AHA) required,• Willingness to float to outpatient as needed,• 2 current professional references required for consideration: 1 supervisor reference from within the last 12 months of relevant experience, and 1 peer or supervisor reference from the position's specialty within the last 3 years,• Active certifications and active license required at time of consideration; no pending certifications accepted,Additional Information• Evaluate and treat adult patients across a variety of diagnoses in the acute hospital setting,• Will not work alone on shift,• Orientation includes computer-based organizational onboarding as well as 1-on-1 EPIC and department-specific orientation,• Dress code is charcoal grey scrubs or business casual,• Candidates who have previously worked at any Sanford Health location must disclose this on their resume or submission materials,• Candidates with prior Sanford Health employment must have an end date at least 6 months prior to their submission date,
