Process Engineer / Production Engineer (System Assembly / Server Manufacturing) Please note: Do not sponsor H-1B visas About the Role We are building a manufacturing engineering team focused on teamwork, ownership, and execution. We are hiring Process Engineers at multiple levels (Junior, Mid-Level, and Senior) to support system and server assembly manufacturing operations. This role will support process development, production improvement, and manufacturing ramp activities. Core Responsibilities Develop and optimize manufacturing processes, SOPs, and value stream maps Improve production efficiency, yield, and cycle time Troubleshoot production and assembly issues and perform root cause analysis Support NPI, pilot builds, and ramp to mass production Collect and analyze manufacturing KPIs and drive continuous improvement Support quality, testing, and automation initiatives QualificationsJunior Process Engineer (1+ year) 1+ year of manufacturing or system assembly experience Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field Basic understanding of production processes and troubleshooting Strong teamwork and ownership mindset Experience with AutoCAD or similar software Mid-Level Process Engineer (3+ years) 3+ years in system/server/electronics manufacturing Experience in NPI, yield improvement, and production ramp-up Strong root cause analysis and process optimization capability Lean/Six Sigma knowledge preferred Experience in cost control and capacity calculation AutoCAD or similar software Senior Process Engineer (8+ years) 8+ years in high-volume manufacturing or system assembly Experience leading projects, factory ramp, or line setup Proven experience improving yield, efficiency, and cost Experience in electric systems manufacturing or similar companies preferred Experience in cost control and capacity calculation AutoCAD or similar software Job Type: Full-time Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
