Job Title: AWS DevOps Lead Location: Charlotte, NC (Onsite) Duration: 6 Months Exp: 12+ yearsNeed Visa Independent consultants only Must Have Skills:·       DevOps, ·       CI/CD, ·       Terraform, ·       Kubernetes·       Good with team leading skills, solutioning with Java, DevOps, AWSDetailed Job Description·       Lead cloud-native DevOps and SRE initiatives across AWS (primary), Azure, and GCP, designing secure, highly available, and scalable infrastructures for mission‑critical enterprise systems.·       Architect and automate infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, Pulumi) to ensure consistent, compliant, and repeatable multi‑environment deployments.·       Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines leveraging Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, and ArgoCD, enabling fast, reliable, and low‑risk application releases.·       Drive DevSecOps and security automation by embedding vulnerability scanning, policy-as-code, identity management, and compliance controls (SOC2, PCI‑DSS, ISO) into delivery pipelines. Implement observability, AIOps, and reliability practices using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, Dynatrace, BigPanda, and PagerDuty to improve uptime, MTTR, and proactive incident response.·       Serve as a technical leader and mentor, collaborating with engineering, security, and operations teams to modernize legacy systems, promote GitOps culture, and enable cloud cost optimization (FinOps)
