Educational Development Plan

An EDP (Educational Development Plan) is a tool students use to set goals and plan for their future. It helps them explore careers, identify their interests and strengths, and make informed choices about classes, college, or job training. Students update their EDP each year, and parents are encouraged to review it with them to stay involved in their planning.TSD will be utilizing Pathful for students K-5 and Xello for students 6-12. Xello focuses on self-discovery, allowing students to learn about their interests, set goals, and explore careers and education paths. Parents can view their child’s progress and help guide conversations at home. Pathful connects students to the real world through virtual career talks, workplace tours, and interactive lessons. It gives students firsthand insight into different jobs and helps families stay involved through shared reports and activities.XelloXello Academy 6-12 (Educators) | Knowledge Base | How it Works 6-12What is Xello & How to use itXello Impact Measure SurveyWhat Is Xello & How To Use ItXello - Creating Successful FuturesEducationUtilizing Xello to Assist Students on Their Journey We're excited to provide Xello, a cutting-edge career and education planning tool for our K-12 students.
