Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Vault Teller role based in Tampa, FL. The Vault Teller will manage and safeguard cash transactions in the vault, ensure accurate cash handling, and maintain records of deposits and withdrawals. Responsibilities include monitoring and balancing vault cash levels, assisting in the preparation of money orders and cashier's checks, and ensuring compliance with security and operational procedures. The role will also require providing excellent communication and service to team members and assisting with cash ordering and shipment. Qualifications Experience with vault operations and cash managementProficiency in cash handling and processing depositsStrong communication skills to effectively assist team members and customersAttention to detail and the ability to accurately reconcile cash balancesAbility to follow security and compliance protocolsHigh school diploma or equivalent; previous banking experience is a plusProficiency with relevant banking software and systems preferredCommitment to providing excellent customer service
