This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and adherence to safety standards. Competitive benefits offered, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k).Essential DutiesSet up and operate various Cold Head machines to produce high-quality fasteners.Select and install proper tooling according to work instructions.Perform die changes, tooling adjustments, and machine setups.Collaborate with supervisors and maintenance teams to resolve machine, tooling, and setup issues.Follow all Quality System procedures and OSHA safety regulations.Use precision measuring tools to perform in-process inspections and verify part conformity to prints, drawings, and production travelers.Lift up to 60 lbs as required.RequirementsMechanically inclined with experience using hand tools and understanding units of measurement.Ability to routinely lift up to 50 lbs.Complete production paperwork and maintain accurate documentation.Must pass background check and drug screening.1+ years of header or cold heading experience preferred but not required.PPE Required: Must have steel-toe shoes.
