Role Description The Sales Lead at ALDO will play a key role in driving sales performance, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and leading team activities. Responsibilities include managing daily store operations, mentoring and motivating team members, ensuring proper visual merchandising, and assisting with inventory management. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Orlando, FL.
