At Easterseals PORT Health (ESPH), we’re seeking a compassionate and dedicated full-time Patient Services Coordinator (PSC) to join our team in Jacksonville, NC.Your Role in Our MissionAs the Patient Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for performing administrative and clerical functions in a clinic that serves adults with substance use, mental health and co-occurring medical conditions. The PSC will serve as a member of the front desk administrative team that checks in patients, collects co-pays, handles medical records and processes patient paperwork and data. As the face of the organization at check-in and check-out the PSC proves excellent customer service to all patients and families visiting the clinic.Why Join Us?
