HR Operations Coordinator (Bilingual – English/Spanish)We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven HR Operations Coordinator to join our client's team on a temporary basis.Key Responsibilities:Partner with the Senior HR Coordinator and Skilled Trades Workforce Managers across multiple regions to coordinate and onboard new hiresManage end-to-end onboarding processes with quick turnaround times (24–48 hours from candidate to start)Process and review I-9 documentation to ensure complianceMaintain accurate personnel files and audit onboarding paperworkProvide administrative support to HR operations as neededDeliver excellent communication and customer service to internal stakeholders and new hiresQualifications:Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)Experience with onboarding processes and I-9 verification preferredStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
