Sr. Talent Acquisition Consultant

LHH is partnering with a dynamic and growing organization to identify a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant. This individual will serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, helping to shape and execute forward-thinking talent strategies in a complex, fast-evolving environment. The anticipated salary for this role is between $100,000-$125,000 a year.Responsibilities:Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders (up to VP level), providing guidance on workforce planning and hiring strategiesInfluence hiring decisions through data-driven insights, market intelligence, and deep understanding of talent trendsLead intake discussions that refine role scope and ensure alignment on candidate profilesOwn full-cycle recruitment for senior-level and business-critical roles across the United States and CanadaDevelop and execute targeted search strategies for complex, niche positions across finance, engineering, R&D, operations, and technical disciplinesUtilize innovative, multi-channel sourcing approaches to engage both active and passive talentBuild proactive pipelines to anticipate future hiring needsProvide clients and stakeholders with ongoing talent market insights and competitive intelligenceDeliver a high-quality, consultative candidate experience that reflects both LHH and client brand standardsRepresent the organization and clients at industry events, networking functions, and talent forumsServe as a professional ambassador in all candidate and stakeholder interactionsPartner cross-functionally with HR, marketing, and business leaders to enhance recruitment strategies and processesContribute to employer branding and talent acquisition initiativesIdentify and implement continuous improvements to recruiting tools, systems, and workflowsQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)Demonstrated experience recruiting for senior-level, executive, and specialized rolesStrong consultative approach with the ability to influence and build credibility with senior stakeholdersExpertise in sourcing hard-to-find talent across technical and professional domainsExceptional communication, problem-solving, and relationship management skillsHighly adaptable, resourceful, and results-driven in a fast-paced, client-focused environmentBenefits:Medical, dental visionFSA/HSA401(k) 4% matchSTD/LTDLife and DisabilityEmployee Assistance Program3 weeks of PTOPaid sick leave where applicable by state lawEqual Opportunity Employer/Veterans/DisabledTo read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please navigate to https://www.lhh.com/us/en/candidate-privacyThe Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable:• The California Fair Chance Act• Los Angeles City Fair Chance Ordinance• Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers• San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance
