The Showroom Intern will assist with daily showroom operations, including organizing inventory, coordinating sample requests, and maintaining displays. Responsibilities include supporting celebrity and stylist pulls, packaging and shipping items, and assisting with the execution of events or campaigns. The intern will also communicate effectively with team members, attend to administrative tasks, and uphold showroom standards while contributing to creative and strategic initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with organizing, maintaining, and merchandising the showroomTrack and log incoming and outgoing samples for stylists, editors, and influencersPrepare samples for pickups, deliveries, and shipmentsHelp manage sample returns and ensure items are in good conditionSupport Showroom team with showroom pulls, fittings, and appointmentsAssist during press days, fittings, and special events as neededPerform general administrative and organizational tasksQualificationsStrong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage inventory and showroom operations efficientlyProficiency in written and verbal communication to collaborate with team members, clients, and industry professionals effectivelyAttention to detail and accuracy in documentation, packaging, and maintaining high standards for showroom presentationBasic knowledge of marketing, branding, or public relations is preferredEnthusiastic and proactive attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a teamFamiliarity with celebrity, brand partnerships, or entertainment industry trends is a plusPursuing or recently completed a degree in Fashion, Marketing, Communications, or a related fieldWhat You'll GainReal-world experience in fashion PR and showroom operationsExposure to stylists, editors, influencers, and fashion brandsInsight into sample trafficking and media placementsNetworking opportunities within the fashion industry
