With multiple retail locations in the state and a growing B2B operation, we manage high volumes of fee-based transactions involving government pass-throughs, dealer-specific pricing.Job Summary: The Customer Service Representative manages inbound calls, emails, and general inquiries from dealership partners and customers. This role is responsible for providing timely, accurate information and ensuring a high level of service and professionalism in every interaction.Duties/Responsibilities:Key Responsibilities:Answer and manage a high volume of inbound calls from dealerships and customers in a professional and courteous mannerRespond promptly to emails inquiries, ensuring clear and accurate communicationProvide information regarding products, services, processes, and account detailsTroubleshoot and resolve customer and dealership concerns, escalating issues when necessaryMaintain accurate records of all interactions in the systemCollaborate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of inquiriesFollow established procedures, service standards, and compliance guidelinesAssist with administrative tasks as neededQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent required1–3 years of customer service or call center experience, preferably in an automotive or dealership environmentStrong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent problem-solving and multitasking abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft OfficeAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumesKey Competencies:Customer focused mindsetAttention to detailStrong organizational skillsProfessionalism and reliabilityAbility to work independently and as part of a teamJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:MedicalDentalVision401k - with a MatchLife insurance – paid for by the companyShort Term DisabilityLong Term DisabilityPaid HolidaysPaid Time OffThis is a Full-Time position.
