The Company’s portfolio of core technology and products offer unique capabilities in the areas of high-performance computing, artificial intelligence, cyber security as well as remote sensing applications.Position DescriptionThis position is responsible for overseeing the daily office operations of QCi Fab-1 facility with a focus on ensuring operational efficiency by providing staff support, managing supplies, helping manage budgets, shipping and receiving, scheduling, vendor coordination and other tasks as assigned. This position is also responsible for working closely with the management team in capital expansion projects and all related coordination.Duties And ResponsibilitiesOverseeing daily activities and working closely with the manufacturing team in order to maintain efficiency and compliance with policiesWorking closely with the legal department to ensure timely execution of NDAs and other legal documentsWorking closely with the Director of Manufacturing Operations and the Director of Construction to support activities associated with construction administration and planningWorking closely with a cross functional team of stakeholders in assisting with capital equipment selection and procurementWork closely with the Environmental Health and Safety Manager to support training and compliance for all the manufacturing staffWork closely with the leadership team to coordinate the Lean manufacturing programAttending cross functional meetings and taking and disseminating meeting minutes to appropriate stakeholdersRequired Skills And Experience5-8 years ’ experience in Office ManagementExperience in shipping / receiving and international export and import logisticDemonstrated experience in customer serviceDemonstrated experience working in cross-departmental teamsExperience in tracking site milestones and event coordinationPreferred Qualifications10+ years’ experience in office managementExperience working in a part of an operations team, especially in a manufacturing or a high tech research and development environmentExperience in coordinating HR related functions such as new hire orientations and employee onboardingIncumbent(s) in this position may be required to perform other duties and special assignments not specifically stated above.Statements outlined in this section are designated as essential job functions in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990.
