Design technology frameworks for complex scenarios, develop design patterns and reference implementations. Design reusable assets and conduct design reviews. Deliver high-quality code across applications, databases, and integrations. Optimize code, debug complex routines, and develop code generators and pilot implementations for reusable components, ensuring defect-free production-ready code. Work closely with other teams to ensure alignment on project goals and technology implementations. Provide technical guidance to peers and help maintain delivery consistency and code quality Identify proof of concepts (PoCs) for emerging programming independently develop PoCs for new technologies and complex modules ensuring timely delivery. Provide inputs for multi-technology and multi-language high risk deployments. Evaluate and implement technical services to meet high-quality service (QoS) requirements, ensuring alignment with business and IT key performance indicators (KPIs). Create reusable assets and deliver defect-free, impactful code to achieve quality benchmarks and Zero-Defect Delivery. Support complex projects by resolving technical challenges and reducing risk exposure. Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to inform decision-making and enhance project outcomes. Support test automation and execute test strategies to drive quality improvements.Your Contribution To The TeamThe ability to apply expertise in designing scalable architectures and frameworks for complex technology challenges. A knack for anticipating risks and resolving technical challenges, ensuring resilience and long-term project success.Required Skill And ExperienceCore development experience in below stacks:Experience in Scala or Python or Spark or Hadoop application developmentExperience in end-to-end implementation of projects using Cloudera Hadoop, Spark, Hive, HBase, Sqoop, Kafka, Elasticsearch, Grafana, ELK stackExperience in AI-Powered Intelligent Data Integration & Transformation and also expertise in AI-powered data lakesProven experience in architecting and administering Snowflake, Azure, and Google Big Data platforms.Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, data integration, and analytics workflows.Experience in Categorizing, cataloging, cleansing and normalizing of datasetsHands-on experience with platform monitoring, automation, and DevOps tools.Experience in managing hybrid environments (on-prem and cloud).Excellent communication and leadership skills.Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance frameworks.Technical Ability to build bespoke AI agents, multi-agent systems using Python and frameworks like LangGraph, LangChain to build applications tailored to nuanced, real-world business needs.Build AI-assisted workflows (classification, enrichment, response generation, decision support) and Implement structured outputs, prompt pipelines, and reliability safeguard.Preferred Skill And ExperienceSound Knowledge of Software engineering design patterns and practicesExperience with Ranger, Atlas, Tez, Hive LLAP, Neo4J, NiFi, Airflow, or any DAG based toolsKnowledge and experience with Cloud and containerization technologies: Azure, Kubernetes, OpenShift and DockersPlanning and Co-ordination skillsExperience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment.A high degree of initiative and flexibilityHigh customer orientationExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAdditional Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
