Transformation – Oracle Senior Associate

As an ERP Senior Associate, you'll perform advisory and implementation services to address business needs throughout client organizations for the Oracle Practice — all with the resources, environment, and support to help you excel.From day one, you'll be empowered by the greater Transformation team to help clients make the moves that will help them achieve their vision and help you achieve more, confidently.Responsibilities Assist in full life cycle implementations including planning, design, & build phasesResponsible for documenting business requirements, system design and transformational goalsConfigure applications and conduct iterative unit testingHelp to create training materials and quick reference guides to support user adoptionConduct training classes to prepare end users for deploymentProvide post-production supportAssist with full life cycle implementationsAssist teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, defining support proceduresMeet or exceed targeted billing hours (utilization)Other duties as assignedQualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, SCM, Information Technology, MIS or related field requiredMinimum 2 years of related work experience in a similar consulting practice or function servicing cross-industry clients at a national levelExperience with a full life cycle implementation of Oracle ERP or similar applicationsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsKnowledge of software development lifecycles, key metrics, and reportsExperience installing/configuring/implementing Oracle ERP ApplicationsProven ability delivering complex and time sensitive projectsAble to work with clients to understand current state processes and define future state processes based on business objectivesAbility to travel to various client sites as needed on short noticeCan travel as needed.
