Job Description Mid Level- Civil litigation Attorney (hybrid Los Angeles- Century City):Our client is seeking a Litigation Associate to join their California office. This opportunity isideal for attorneys with 2–6 years of civil litigation experience who are interested in workingon sophisticated Professional Liability, Securities, and Employment matters within acollaborative and growing practice.Responsibilities:• Handle a variety of civil litigation matters, including professional liability, securities, andemployment-related disputes• Manage cases through all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery,depositions, motion practice, mediations, and trial preparationConduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, and other litigation documentsAttend court appearances, depositions, arbitrations, and client meetingsWork closely with partners and clients on litigation strategy and case managementMaintain strong communication with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teamsQualifications:J.D. from an accredited law schoolLicensed and in good standing in California2–6 years of civil litigation experience preferred, though candidates with at least 1 year oflitigation experience will also be considered• Experience or interest in professional liability, securities, and/or employment litigationpreferredStrong research, writing, analytical, and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environmentCompensation:Competitive compensation package based on experienceBonus opportunities availableComprehensive benefits package offeredThis is an excellent opportunity for an attorney seeking hands-on litigation experience andlong-term growth within a respected and expanding practice.Please email resume to : Sheila@mykeystaff.com#KT
