New grads are welcome to apply!The OpportunityWe’re seeking a passionate and skilled Occupational Therapist with a strong interest in orthopedics, neurology, or upper-extremity rehabilitation who thrives in an integrated, team-based environment.If you’re driven to help patients regain strength, restore function, and return to meaningful daily activities with confidence — this is where you belong.Preferred: Experience or interest in custom splinting, functional movement retraining, and upper-extremity rehab programs.What You’ll Do:Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, and post-surgical conditionsDevelop and implement personalized, goal-oriented treatment plansApply manual therapy and evidence-based interventions for optimal outcomesCollaborate with our in-house team of physicians, physical therapists, and chiropractorsEducate patients on adaptive strategies, ergonomic principles, and home exercise programsHelp patients restore independence in both work and daily living activitiesRepresent Recover Pro at community and wellness eventsWhat We’re Looking For:Licensed Occupational Therapist in the State of New JerseyPAMS Certified (or willing to obtain within 90 days)Strong manual therapy and patient-centered care skillsExcellent communication and teamwork abilitiesPassion for continuous learning, mentorship, and innovationMotivated to build and contribute to a high-performance, multi-disciplinary practiceWhy Join Recover Pro?Competitive salary3 weeks paid time off401(k) with company matchPaid malpractice insuranceOpportunities for leadership and advancementSupportive, high-energy team culture
