Specialties include OSP/ISP engineering, design, permitting, right-of-way and CAD for traditional and wireless telecommunications companies.This individual oversees and coordinates the workflow between Planning, Engineering and Drafting functions, and reports schedules and progress to senior management. Issues work assignments, and monitors quality of work performed. Is responsible for issuing resolution and acts as the contact point for the vendor.QualificationsAdvanced knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint requiredIntermediate knowledge of SharePointAbility to influence and collaborate across organizational boundariesExperience defining and documenting processes, driving continuous improvement to processes via process measurement/metricsExperience leading complex, strategic projects with successful resultsProven results in building strong peer-level and cross-functional relationshipsAdvanced written and verbal communication skillsDetail-orientedMust work independently with minimal directionExperienced in conflict management and seeing those issues through successfullyAbility to learn multiple applicationsProven ability to develop effective relationships with all levels of the organization and peer groupsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changeAbility to prioritize and manage time effectivelyProfessional and effective verbal and written communication skillsPay $32/hr DOEThank you for your interest in Mountain Ltd.
