Job Title: Business Analyst IVLocation: Salem, OR/HybridCandidate must be within 30 milesWork can be done mostly remote but will have meetings at the office location.Duration: 6+ MonthsRFP Development/Vendor Solution EvaluationSupport development of RFP and scoring criteriaDefine vendor evaluation criteria (technical, functional, cost).Compare vendor offerings for functionality, scalability, security, and compliance.Document findings and provide recommendations. Project CoordinationAssist in maintaining project plans, schedules, and timelinesCoordinate activities with PM to ensure alignment with milestones and goalsDraft meeting minutes, agendas, and track action itemsFacilitate meetings as needed.Support SaaS ImplementationSupport configuration of solutions to meet business needs.Participate in design and configuration sessions and document configurations.Develop use cases, workflows, and process diagrams.Support sprint sessions and releasesValidate RTM against deployed sprints. Testing & Quality AssuranceDefine and execute test plans, scenarios, and cases.Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and resolve issues with stakeholders.Ensure data integrity during migration processes.Documentation & TrainingPrepare and maintain project and training documentation.Additional SupportProvide support for other projects as required
