Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $25.00 to $32.00 per hour. Job responsibilities:Process and apply customer payments accurately and in a timely manner.Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue accounts.Prepare and maintain aging reports for accounts receivable.Resolve billing discrepancies and respond to customer inquiries.Assist with month-end close activities related to receivables. Requirements:2+ years of hands-on experience in accounts receivable.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and analysis.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.Familiarity with accounting software; experience with Sage.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Qualifications:Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams.Ability to analyze data and identify trends or issues in receivables.Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to resolving discrepancies.Comfortable working independently while contributing to team goals.High level of accuracy and professionalism in handling financial information.REF #51491
