In this role, you will define and execute strategies that align cross-functional teams, drive clarity in ambiguous business challenges, and deliver scalable solutions that contribute to our platform's long-term success. You will leverage technical depth, strategic systems thinking, and high-impact communication to navigate complexity and influence key decisions across engineering, product, and business domains.**Minimum Qualifications**+ Experience as a Technical Program Manager (TPM), Engineering Program Manager (EPM), Engineering Lead, or Product Lead.+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field OR equivalent experience.**Preferred Qualifications**+ 5+ years of experience leading large, complex, cross-functional initiatives-this could be as a Technical Program Manager (TPM), Engineering Program Manager (EPM), Engineering Lead, or Product Lead.+ Proven ability to drive multi-year, multi-team programs that require both customer and technical focus.+ Experience leading customer-facing software initiatives, balancing business objectives, customer impact, and engineering constraints.+ Experience with enterprise-scale software development lifecycles, including launch strategies, compliance, and operational scaling.+ Experience managing cross-org dependencies across multiple engineering, product, and business teams.+ Proficiency in setting up governance models, decision-making frameworks, and program health metrics.+ Ability to drive consistency in execution across different teams, priorities, and timelines.
