Overview: SureWay Property Management and Realty’s mission is to provide quality residential property management and simplified real estate transactions for our clients. The SureWay Realty Team facilitates all sales and rentals on behalf of SureWay Property Management. We currently have over 950 residential properties in our portfolio throughout NJ and eastern PA. We are seeking a full-time experienced & NJ licensed real estate professional in the Gloucester/Camden/Burlington Counties in NJ area to bring new business and assist with sale listings, rental listings, tenant leads, & buyer leads derived from our property management portfolio. Maintain a positive working relationship with SureWay clients. Work with buyer, seller, and tenant leads. Assist the property management team as needed. Market and list residential rentals and sales. Prepare residential leases and sales contracts. Screen rental applicants to ensure quality tenants for SureWay clients. Work with local townships to obtain rental registration, certificate of occupancy, and other municipal certifications as needed. Remain knowledgeable about current real estate market and best practices. Perform real estate transactions for your own self-generated business Attend biweekly agent team meetings (in person or virtually). Qualifications: Active NJ Real Estate License 2 or more years of real estate experience Real estate marketing experience. Skills: MS Office familiarity. Strong knowledge of BRIGHT MLS and other MLS (as needed). Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of team. Strong computer and technology skills. Preferred familiarity with Tenant Turner, DotLoop, Brokermint/Bold Trail, Lofty CRM. Training can be provided, as needed. Job Type: Full-time Contract Pay: Commission pay per transaction based on agent agreement. Schedule: Flexibility to choose your own hours during the traditional work week: Monday to Friday. Provide weekend availability, as needed. Phone availability during normal business hours to assist property management team. Experience: Real Estate Rental / Sales: 1 year (Required), 2+ years (Preferred) License/Certification: Driver's License (Required) New Jersey Real Estate License (Required) Work Location: On the road Workspace available at SureWay Property Management & Realty office in Marlton, NJ.
