Required Skills (MUST HAVE):Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering7–10 years of experience in industrial machinery design and manufacturing - specifically for a designer and builder of capital equipment.3–5 years in a leadership or management roleHands-on experience with industrial automation and controls, including PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systemsProficiency with CAD software and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Nice to Have:Experience in heat treatment of metal parts manufacturingFamiliarity with Allen Bradley PLC and designer software (500/5000), Intouch Wonderware, and HC900 Design StationSome mechanical engineering skillsExperience with FEA and CFD tools.
