As a member of the Behavioral Health team, the MHCM provides culturally sensitive case management to a wide range of clients. This includes supporting clients in developing individualized care plans, seeking appropriate community resources, collaborating with other care providers to assist clients to reach their goals, and assisting clients in finding mental wellbeing. The Mental Health Case Manager functions as a member of the collaborative care team within the framework of established behavioral health guidelines, ICHS’ Principles of Practice and standards approved by the appropriate licensing board in the State of Washington.Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in psychology, counseling, or social work, or other human services degree.Experience : One (1) year experience working in social services or health care required.Other Requirement(s): Must be able to obtain a Registered Agency Affiliated license through the Washington Department of Health within 30 days upon hire. Ability to travel between ICHS sites as needed. If using personal vehicle to travel, valid Driver's License and Proof of Insurance is required.Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00pm40 Hours per week
