We are committed to a holisticapproach towards benefits plans and programs that support the mental,physical and financial well-being of our team members.Responsibilities - Generate new business opportunities and maintainstrong client relationships within assigned territories or marketsegments. - Promote fire sprinkler solutions including installations,retrofits, inspections, repairs, and ongoing service offerings. -Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, coldcalling, referrals, and industry events. - Develop and maintain a robustsales pipeline to consistently meet or exceed sales goals. - Create andexecute strategic account plans to effectively manage and grow yourclient base. - Conduct client consultations to evaluate fire protectionneeds and recommend appropriate sprinkler system solutions. - Prepareand deliver professional presentations, proposals, and quotations toprospective customers. - Collaborate with design, estimating, andproject management teams to ensure accurate project scope, pricing, andscheduling. - Maintain ongoing communication with existing clients toprovide support and identify additional service opportunities. - Staycurrent with industry trends, local fire codes, NFPA standards, andapplicable regulations. - Accurately track sales activities, leads,proposals, and follow-ups using CRM software. - Provide reliable salesforecasting and contribute to strategic business growth initiativesSkills & Qualifications - Proven sales experience with a track record ofmeeting or exceeding quotas. - Strong technical knowledge and industryexperience related to fire sprinkler systems. - Excellent communication,negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Strategic thinker with strongBusiness Acumen And Problem-solving Abilities. - Experience Using CRMsoftware and sales tracking tools. - Self-motivated with strongpresentation and communication skills.
