We are looking for an extraordinary Dental Assistant!

As our Dental Assistant you will work closely with our patients to help create beautiful smiles through a partnership with our incredibly talented Doctor.
Compensation $18 -$23/hr based on experience and ability to complement advanced dental treatment.
No Weekends! our office hours are Monday to Thursday!

Job Duties
Maintain a clean, sterile, and positive environment.
Record patient charting and the dentist’s notes in the digital patient chart.
Prepare and clean treatment rooms and instruments, monitor schedule for efficiency, and educate patients on dental procedures.
Manage supply inventory, as well as organize and maintain lab equipment.
Legally operate dental x-ray equipment, take accurate diagnostic x-rays, and detailed impressions.
Perform clinical treatments using established dental assisting procedures.
Develop and implement individualized dental care plans for patients
Educate patients and families on dental treatment.
Maintain patient's dental documents including patient medical history
Make recall and appointment reminder calls
Chart conditions of decay and disease for diagnosis and treatment by dentist
Take all necessary and prescribed dental x-rays
Assist Hygiene department by keeping room clean and instruments sterilized.
Participate in continuing education activities as required
Requirements
Dental Radiology License a plus
Knowledge and understanding of dental treatment and associated procedures, terminology, and techniques
Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically.
Able to work efficiently as a part of a team as well as independently
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
