Direct Home Care - Physical Therapy Assistant We're looking for a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our homecare team! In this role, you'll work one-on-one with patients in the comfort of their homes, helping them regain strength, mobility, and independence. You'll collaborate closely with a licensed Physical Therapist to carry out individualized care plans, monitor progress, and provide encouragement every step of the way.The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, and passionate about patient-centered care, with strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.Two years of experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant is required.Minimum starting rate of pay for this position is $27/hour.
