Site Supervisor Summary: We’re seeking motivated individuals—people that are interested in developing a long‑term career in the security field. Responsibilities
Provide a welcoming environment and provide needed services for guests
Ensure security officers are on post, in proper uniform and following post orders
Ensure proper enforcement of policies and protocols of United Security Services and those of our clients
Intervene, when necessary, in resolving personnel problems and guide counseling of security staff
Ensure efficient, effective, and compliant operations of designated site
Perform a variety of security checks and follow post orders as directed by the establishment
Administrative duties
Foot patrol
Other responsibilities may apply
Requirements
FL Class D Security License
Willingness to submit to a background check
Some supervisory (or law enforcement/military) experience required
Ability to stand up and walk for 8 hours
Ability to lead and train security guards
Some flexible availability – shift hours may vary due to occupancy and needs
Qualifications

Ex‑law enforcement
Military service
Schedule
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday
3PM‑11PM
May vary based on operational need
