Technical Support Representative

Job Overview
Handle all incoming customer and field service calls, complete order entry and in turn facilitate shipments and required returns productively and efficiently with minimal supervision.
Maintain knowledge of software versions of the robotic systems to ensure accuracy of ordering parts
Coordinate with Planning, Materials and Distribution Team to ensure timely shipment of instruments
Process QA complaints; creating and executing procedures when needed, including follow up of returns and processing replacement parts
Manage logistics of capital sales equipment and maintain the movement of capital inventory
Manage movement of all inventory through our Distribution centers
Preferred Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent - required
2+ years of experience - required
Clear and concise communication skills
Passion for best-in-class customer service and ability to make customers promoters of our products and services
Computer skills and know-how to navigate between different systems
