Assistant Server

We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented Server Assistant to support our front-of-house team and deliver an exceptional guest experience. This position combines the responsibilities of Busser, Food Runner, and Drink Runner , requiring speed, organization, teamwork, and a genuine passion for hospitality. Key Responsibilities Support servers by bussing, resetting, and maintaining immaculate tables and dining areas. Deliver food and beverages accurately, efficiently, and with proper presentation. Assist with guest requests and anticipate service needs throughout the dining experience. Maintain cleanliness, stock service stations, and ensure smooth restaurant operations. Work closely with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to provide seamless service. Qualifications Previous experience in an upscale or high-volume restaurant preferred. Strong ability to memorize the restaurant floor plan, table numbers, food menu, and beverage program . Excellent communication, multitasking, and teamwork skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
