Remote Paraplanner for Tailored Financial Plans

We're looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Paraplanner to support our financial planning team in delivering high-quality advice to clients. You'll play a key role in researching financial strategies, preparing reports, and ensuring all recommendations are compliant, well-structured, and aligned with client goals. This new teammate will be working directly with advisers and clients taking the case from A to Z. Once the plan is developed, this role will be to drive the entire plan through the process which includes applications filled out, processed and issued and assets moved. This person will also help with rollovers and distributions from clients. This is a remote role but if this person wants to work out of the office they can. Key Responsibilities Work closely with financial advisers to develop tailored financial plans for clients Conduct in-depth research across pensions, investments, insurance, and tax planning Prepare high-quality suitability reports and recommendation documents Review and analyze client fact-finds, risk profiles, and existing arrangements Liaise with product providers to obtain quotes, projections, and product information Ensure all advice complies with current regulations and internal policies Keep client records and back-office systems accurate and up to date Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to support compliant advice Skills & Qualifications Previous experience in a paraplanning or similar financial services role Strong technical knowledge of financial products, tax, and compliance Excellent written communication and report-writing skills Attention to detail and a methodical approach to work Proficiency in financial planning software and CRM tools Strong organizational and time-management skills Ideal candidate possesses Series 7, 66 What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Support for continued professional development and qualifications Collaborative, client-focused work environment J-18808-Ljbffr
