A company is looking for an interim Controller for a 6-month remote engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee month-end close processes to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
Manage treasury operations, including cash flow analysis and risk management
Supervise payroll processes, including equity awards and compliance with company policies
Required Qualifications
A minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, and treasury management
Proven experience working in a public company environment, preferably in the SaaS or technology sector
Strong knowledge of month-end close processes and SEC reporting requirements
Familiarity with equity accounting and payroll management
Experience managing audits and working with external auditors
