This is a technology-driven environment leveraging automation, robotic systems, and real-time quality tracking — and they're looking for a strong IT Support Technician II to help drive their infrastructure forward.This isn't a basic helpdesk role. You'll play a key part in maintaining and improving a secure, modern IT environment within a regulated manufacturing setting.What You'll Be Doing:Supporting and administering Windows Server (2008+)Managing Active Directory & Group PolicyNetworking support (wired/wireless, switching & routing fundamentals)Managing hybrid identity and directory syncSupporting Windows 10/11 endpoints and hardware troubleshootingWorking within a helpdesk/ticketing systemLeveraging AI tools for troubleshooting, documentation, and automationSupporting a compliance-driven, ITAR-regulated environmentWhat They're Looking For:5+ years progressive IT support or systems administration experienceStrong troubleshooting ability and independent working styleExperience in secure, regulated or compliance-heavy environments (CMMC exposure a plus)PowerShell or scripting experience preferredExposure to VPNs, secure remote access, and manufacturing systems a bonusExperience supporting CAD/CAM tools (SolidWorks, Mastercam) is highly beneficialThis is a company that values continuous improvement, accountability, and strong collaboration between IT and shop-floor teams.
