Front Desk Agent - Drift Nashville

Front Desk Agent Drift Hotel is one of the newest hotel brands to hit the Nashville hospitality scene. Our stylish and functional rooms are carefully curated with a modern and welcoming vibe that fits perfectly with our sun-drenched Food & Beverage outlets, event spaces, and gorgeous pool set against the backdrop of the Stadium and Downtown Nashville. We're looking for individuals who are passionate about hospitality and service to join our team as a Front Desk Agent! Front Desk Agents are often the first impression of the hotel. They welcome guests warmly into our spaces and ensure our guests get exactly what they need, such as help with check in, tips on city attractions, dining reservations, help with luggage and getting to their desired locations. Our Front Desk Agents are well-rounded and willing to jump in to help any of our teams meet and exceed guest expectations. Primary Responsibilities: Anticipate guests' needs and responds quickly & professionally to all guest requests Provide information on property amenities and facilities Monitors traffic flow and guest queues within public areas, directing guests as appropriate Assists in Guest Pre-Checkin, Check-in and Check-out process Responds promptly to Emergency situations and alerts Management when needed Must be tech savvy, adhering to the process of communicating promptly with the remote team and management via Slack in regard to Guest requests/issues. Addresses guest complaints while maintaining professional dialogue with guests and finding resolutions to satisfaction. Maintain complete knowledge at all times of all hotel features/services, activities, and events. Be able to communicate effectively with guest and provide exceptional customer service Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly to and acknowledge all guests, however busy and at whatever time during your shift. Maintain positive guest relations at all times Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas. Coordinate with and support other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction Assist with special projects or events as needed Requirements: Public speaking and communication skills Experience in hospitality or customer service is desirable Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of reservation systems and basic office software Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays We offer competitive pay and benefits packages for qualified candidates.
