Site Manager
The Site Manager will oversee daily operations at our production and repair facility, ensuring the efficient execution of standard operating procedures (SOPs) while fostering a high-performance team culture. This leadership role focuses on people management, staff development, and maintaining a productive and collaborative environment to meet operational targets. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Operations, the Site Manager will work closely with Operations Leadership to coordinate efforts across departments and ensure adherence to quality, safety, and performance standards.
Essential Functions
Lead, mentor, and develop a team, focusing on accountability and performance improvement.
Hire, train, and onboard new employees, ensuring they are aligned with the site's expectations and SOPs.
Regularly evaluate team performance, provide constructive feedback, and set clear development goals.
Develop, monitor, and manage work schedules and timekeeping, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Address and resolve employee concerns, providing guidance and support to promote a positive work environment.
Ensure collaboration between the Production and Repair to align efforts and meet operational goals.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging team members to identify process efficiencies and problem-solving initiatives.
Manage daily operations of the production and repair facility, ensuring SOPs are followed and workflows run smoothly.
Collaborate with the Repair and Production Leads to coordinate operational activities and achieve output goals.
Ensure team members consistently follow established SOPs, ensuring quality standards, safety protocols, and timelines are met.
Oversee the repair processes, ensuring effective resolution of customer and internal issues, and collaborating with the Repair Lead to meet repair deadlines.
Monitor production schedules, working closely with the Production Lead to ensure timely completion while meeting quality objectives.
Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks, ensuring consistent and high-quality output.
Maintain compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards, ensuring all staff are trained and adhere to protocols.
Ensure all production and repair activities meet or exceed required specifications.
Partner with the Director of Operations to address any operational challenges, providing regular updates on team performance, key performance indicators (KPIs), and progress toward goals.
Drive effective communication between departments, ensuring alignment on key priorities and operational needs.
Support the Director of Operations with ongoing process evaluations, suggesting updates or improvements as necessary.
Foster an inclusive work environment with a focus on collaboration, clear communication, and positive employee engagement.
Act as a liaison between site operations and senior management, providing regular updates on progress, challenges, and KPIs.
Prepare detailed performance reports and present actionable insights to support decision-making.
Foster clear and open communication channels across departments.
All other duties as assigned.

$75,000 - 80,000 Salary, depending on experience

Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience in operations or site management within a production, manufacturing, or repair environment.
Leadership experience managing diverse teams, preferably including production and repair functions.
Additional Requirements
Prolonged periods of sitting or standing at a desk and working on a computer
Must be able to lift 15 pounds at a time
