Job DescriptionAbout the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and motivated Litigation Attorney licensed in Georgia to join our growing team in a fully remote capacity. This role is ideal for an attorney who is comfortable managing cases independently while collaborating with a distributed legal team.The ideal candidate has strong litigation experience, excellent writing skills, and the ability to handle cases from inception through resolution.Note: Candidates based in Texas who are also licensed in Georgia are highly encouraged to apply, though this is not required.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a caseload of litigation matters from intake through resolutionDraft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondenceConduct legal research and develop case strategiesHandle depositions, negotiations, and settlement discussionsRepresent clients in hearings, mediations, and court proceedings (as needed)Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team membersEnsure compliance with Georgia laws, procedures, and deadlinesQualificationsActive license to practice law in Georgia (required)2+ years of litigation experience (civil litigation preferred)Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skillsAbility to manage multiple cases and deadlines independentlyExcellent communication and client management skillsComfortable working remotely in a fast-paced environmentPreferred QualificationsBased in Texas and also licensed in GeorgiaExperience with personal injury or civil litigation mattersFamiliarity with remote case management systems and legal tech toolsWhat We OfferFully remote work environmentCompetitive compensation based on experienceConsistent caseload and operational supportOpportunity for long-term growth within a growing legal teamCollaborative and supportive work culture
