Benefits Administrator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Benefits Administration Specialist to support day-to-day employee benefits operations. This role will assist with benefitsbilling, payroll reconciliations, employee support tickets, audits, and ongoing administrativefunctions to ensure accurate and timely benefits processing.Key Responsibilities● Manage and reconcile monthly benefits billing invoices with carrier enrollments andpayroll deductions● Perform regular benefits audits to ensure data accuracy across HRIS, payroll, andcarrier systems● Respond to and resolve employee benefits tickets and inquiries in a timely andprofessional manner● Conduct payroll reconciliations related to employee benefit deductions and employercontributions● Support day-to-day benefits administration activities, including enrollments, changes,terminations, and carrier updates● Coordinate with payroll, HR, brokers, and vendors to resolve discrepancies andmaintain compliance● Assist with reporting, documentation, and process improvements related to benefitsoperations● Support open enrollment activities and special benefits projects as needed● Perform additional benefits-related administrative work and ad hoc assignments asrequiredQualifications● 2+ years of experience in benefits administration, HR operations, or payroll support● Strong attention to detail and analytical skills● Experience with benefits billing reconciliation and payroll audits preferred● Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems● Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines● Excellent communication and customer service skills● Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google SheetsPreferred Skills● Knowledge of employee benefits regulations and administration practices● Experience handling employee support tickets or HR shared services inquiries
