Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Information Technology Staff member at our office in Norman, OK. Responsibilities include maintaining and troubleshooting IT systems, administering networks, ensuring network security, and providing technical support. The role also involves assisting with installations and upgrades, resolving IT issues, and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients. Qualifications Strong skills in Network Administration and Information TechnologyProficiency in Troubleshooting and resolving technical issuesExpertise in Network Security and related protocolsExcellent Customer Service abilities with a client-focused mindsetWorking knowledge of IT management and support toolsRelevant certifications such as CompTIA, Cisco, or Microsoft are a plusStrong organizational and communication skillsExperience in providing IT services to small to mid-sized organizations is advantageousAssociate degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
