Dunkin' Donuts - 950 Windsor Street - Responsibilities: Coaching and developing Restaurant Managers to effectively manage a singular restaurant.; Communicating and confirming understanding of company goals, expectations, and initiatives to Restaurant Managers.; Leading and developing high-performing Management Team Members by overseeing consistent recruitment selection, onboarding, training, mentoring, performance management, and ongoing professional development.; Promoting an environment where there is a sense of urgency to satisfy guests.; Having systems and processes in place to confirm completion of regular reporting and all necessary tasks by all restaurants to ensure compliance of Company, Brand, State, and Federal requirements.
