This role supports electricians and contractors by providing technical guidance, processing orders, and ensuring efficient counter and warehouse operations. Ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and has the ability to recommend accurate electrical parts and solutions.ResponsibilitiesAssist customers at the sales counter with orders, product questions, and recommendationsEnter orders, pricing, and inventory data accurately into the systemProvide quotes and follow up on open ordersAnswer customer phone inquiries and process ordersRetrieve and fill orders from warehouse stockSafely load/unload trucks and maintain organized counter and warehouse areasMaintain product knowledge of electrical parts, materials, and inventory locationsFollow all safety procedures and report any hazardsQualificationsMinimum 2 years of electrical supply, electrical parts, or contractor counter experienceStrong ability to recommend accurate electrical parts/productsProficient in order entry and inventory systemsStrong customer service and communication skillsAbility to lift 50-100 lbs and work in warehouse temperature conditionsForklift experience is a plus (not required)If you have electrical counter experience and enjoy helping customers find the right products, we'd love to connect with you.
