Overview In this contract role, you will lead and contribute to software development projects, guide large programming teams, ensure adherence to lifecycle processes, and collaborate with analysts and architects to deliver robust software systems. You will drive architecture reviews, code quality, and timely releases, while mentoring junior staff and representing the team in meetings. This position offers impact through shaping delivery on complex platforms and cross-functional collaboration. ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain software using multiple languages and frameworks; perform code reviews, testing, and documentation.Gather requirements and implement software solutions; fix bugs and ensure release readiness.Mentor, supervise, and coordinate large teams of programmers across projects.Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, and stakeholders to ensure systems meet expectations.Represent the team in project meetings and sponsor discussions; participate in architecture interpretation and design.Ensure adherence to programming policies and lifecycle processes; lead Go-Live and post-production support for projects.
