As a CNC Mill Operator, you will play a key role in the manufacturing process by setting up CNC milling machines, performing machining tasks, and ensuring that production standards are met. Key Responsibilities: CNC Machine Setup & Operation: Set up CNC milling machines for production runs, including selecting proper tooling, materials, and machine parameters based on work orders and engineering drawings. Program, configure, and adjust CNC milling machines to meet specifications, ensuring precision and accuracy. Operate CNC mills to perform machining operations such as drilling, boring, and milling on various metal materials (e.g., steel, aluminum, brass). Monitor production processes to ensure parts meet required specifications, tolerances, and quality standards. Perform in-process inspections using precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, and gauges) to verify part quality and machine performance. Adjust machine settings and tooling as necessary to maintain optimal quality. Document production data, including machine settings, quantities, and material usage.
