Program Manager, Resource Navigation Hybrid – Houston, TX | $75,000–$90,000 | Mission-Driven Nonprofit About the Role Join Connective and lead programs that support and scale year-round resource connection and navigation efforts. You will lead the design, implementation, and growth of integrated public benefits, social-service, and resource-navigation systems that improve access to services and strengthen community resilience. This role sits at the intersection of nonprofit programs, government services, and philanthropic investment, driving tech-enabled, community-centered solutions that help individuals and families navigate complex systems.Why You’ll Love This Role Directly support communities in accessing critical resources year-round.Collaborate with leaders across multiple sectors to solve systemic challenges.Join a team of creative problem solvers shaping the future of social services.What You’ll Do Manage and optimize day-to-day operations of human-centered service delivery systems, including client screening, navigation, referrals, and CRM/data platforms to improve access, efficiency, and service outcomesWork with technology and data teams to translate user needs into technical requirements and successful product development and implementation.Lead program planning and execution, including setting objectives, managing timelines and budgets, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.Drive continuous improvement by analyzing data, developing insights, and applying an Agile, iterative approach to program management.Build and manage partnerships, facilitate change management, and launch new initiatives.What We’re Looking For 4+ years in program/design management or strategy roles, including tech-enabled programs (CRM experience a plus).Strong data analysis skills and ability to translate user needs into technical requirements.Proven success working with senior stakeholders.Experience in public benefits (preferred), or other social services such as food security, healthcare, education, or economic mobility.Compensation & Benefits $75,000–$90,000 + annual bonus | 401(k) w/ 6% match | Day-one health coverage | 20 PTO days + 11 holidays | Paid parental leave | Hybrid work with remote flexibility.About Connective Connective is a Houston-based technology, design, and collective action nonprofit transforming social services into a more connected, empathetic, and accessible system.
