Shipper Receiver

Receives and unpacks goods, checking receipts against purchase orders, waybills, packing slips, and other documentation. Verifies nomenclature, identification, and quantity of received items. Prepares discrepancy reports when necessary. Maintains accurate records of goods received. Processes damaged, excess, or misdirected goods, routing materials to inspection, storage, or other destinations. Performs receipt data entry. Prepares required forms and records related to the processing of international mail and special mailings. Processes incoming and outgoing express, registered, certified, and insured mail in accordance with established procedures. Keeps up-to-date with receiving and postal procedures and regulations. Identifies and prioritizes the receipt and processing of critical spare parts to ensure operational continuity.
