Responsibilities:
Review, assign, and reply to all customer service requests, and maintain the service request system
Field incoming phone calls and emails, and respond to customers using various forms of communication
Ensure homeowner satisfaction by providing excellent customer service and information to resolve any issues
Communicate and meet with HOA management and maintain a strong customer service relationship
Participate in weekly meetings with Juniper account managers and customer service director
Assist with creating proposals
Maintain HOA proposal spreadsheet with updated information, as requested
Follow up on payments that are past due
Maintain inspection spreadsheet for HOA management
Schedule appointments with owners and account/irrigation managers
Maintain a shared calendar of HOA replacement/enhancement schedules, as requested
Perform other relevant duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of experience in a customer service-related role
Basic landscaping industry knowledge
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to foster and maintain relationships
Organizational skills with the ability to manage numerous projects and priorities at once
Positive, service-oriented attitude
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment
Basic computer skills, including MS Office, and excellent phone disposition
Willingness to work independently or as part of a team
