Customer Service Representative (4pm-10pm)
Overview:

Shift: Monday - Friday 4:00pm-10:00pm
Location: In-person at our Warrensville Heights, with flexibility to work from home
Pay: $17-20 per hour, based on experience
What You Will Do:
Answer incoming calls with professionalism, warmth, and efficiency
Schedule service appointments and maintenance appointments
Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our system
Communicate effectively with team members and departments to ensure smooth operations
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships
What We Are Looking For:
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
A positive, customer-first attitude and a team-oriented mindset
Basic computer skills and proficiency in scheduling software (training provided)
Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required – we will train the right candidate!
