Data Center Site Coordinator
Role OverviewAs a Site Coordinator, you will direct the installation, modification, and repair of work on project sites in a supervisory capacity. You will act as the primary field lead, ensuring that construction projects are executed safely, on schedule, and in strict accordance with contract documents and building codes. This role requires a blend of technical construction expertise, logistical planning, and strong people leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesField Supervision: Plan, coordinate, and supervise the work of on-site personnel and subcontractors.Project Execution: Interpret blueprints, sketches, and technical drawings to guide site activities. Manage the "punch list" process to ensure all finishing work meets quality standards.Logistics & Procurement: Develop material delivery plans. Order, track, and update job site supplies to prevent project delays.Safety & Compliance: Establish and enforce safety protocols and work performance standards. Conduct regular site inspections to mitigate hazards.Communication: Serve as the primary link between field operations and project leadership. Maintain positive working relationships with all departments and stakeholders.Site Management: Coordinate and handle daily administrative tasks.Required QualificationsEducation: High School Diploma/GED or graduation from a vocational school.Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of construction practices, materials, tools, and safety regulations (OSHA standards). Proficiency in reading blueprints and using Microsoft Office.Soft Skills: Strong multitasking abilities, clear oral and written communication, and a "team player" mentality.Language: Must be fluent in English; bilingual skills are a plus.
